Application for NMS Membership

To register for an ARC LTS Course or a CST season
please download the NMS Membership Application Form
and send it to the following email accounts:

For LTS Courses: nmslearntoswim@hotmail.com, and
For CST Program: nmscompetitiveteam@hotmail.com
